Scream if you’re happy…..

L much better today thankfully. I think the Ibiza heatwave got to her a little bit.

I managed a 5.5km run this morning in the early morning heat. It was energy sapping but well worth it.

We had another relaxing day by the pool. One thing we’ll miss here is the amazing food. We’re trying h to be healthy (not so much L) but it’s hard when so much variety.

We went for a nice walk along the coast after dinner to a local shop and saw the sunset.

I hear reports of rain back home.
