Loch Leven from Blairadam forest

I’d been planning a long ‘test’ run to assess the progress with my problematic knees. A 7 mile circuit of the forest here including the top ridge from which this is taken, then swooping down through central west Fife to Kirkcaldy. All ex-coal mining country this. The weather played ball and all went well for me, for which I’m very grateful.
