Keeping a watchful eye for crumbs

I'll be waiting here,
close behind and watching you,
in case a crumb drops.

It makes me laugh that this is where Leo stands when Ben is eating!
Busy day, I had a Care and Education Treatment Review for Ben, which involved a series of meetings with an independent panel and then the multi disciplinary team comprising social work, school, diabetes care etc.  It was a bit intense but it's encouraging to hear everyone talking about him and his care in a positive way.  Respite care looks like it is moving forwards, they are actively assessing him now with a view to placing him in September (if they accept him, so fingers crossed)
Then I took Leo for a big walk, he had a lovely scamper and tried to play with a 15 year old dog called Peggy.  She wasn't having any of it but she was sweet and Leo wasn't too annoying, so that was good.
