Back at it

I was in Flint on the North Wales coast today to spend the day with their Year 8s, talking about Mary’s Meals. Mr Morris, their PE teacher, ran the Snowdon Marathon at the weekend and raised money for MM so was good to meet him and be able to put the money raised into context for the young people.

Not going to lie though, Flint is not quite as beautiful as the Peak District.

A quick run after work to stretch the legs after a day indoors. Vyrnwy training started today so going to try and stick to a training plan for once in my life.
