Weather Storm

Another hot day, but am sitting in garden  now listening to rain and thunder.
Really starting to pour down now, so  Ĺeo  might have to wait a while for his walk.

Have started running again. Did 2k on treadmill yesterday and then 4k today plus an easy swim. Feeling sort of OK.
