Breaking the Fast

I small banana 
I large strawberry 
I dollop of full fat yogurt 
2 walnut halves crumbled 
Pinch of dried cranberries 
Pinch of pumpkin seeds

My usual breakfast unless l have eggs.
Abstaining from anything with flour or added sugar for a few weeks when l’m eating at home.
Would like to do this all the time but bad habits slip in so l’m realistic enough to know l can’t keep it up permanently.
My compromise is to do this every few months

Aerobics this morning, would like to say l was gently perspiring but l sweated buckets, so humid.
Intend to clean my indoor windows but l could easily digress…
Haircut late afternoon, only have a dry cut at my local salon so hope it won’t interfere with watching the tennis quarter finals.
