Black-winged stilts.

In the El Salín bird reserve by Villaviciosa. They´re black-winged stilts - in Spanish "cigüeñuelas", which means "little storks". The female is all white apart from he wings, the male has coloured (grey or black) tufting on the back of his neck. There´s a stilt as an extra too, knee-deep in water..
