Whalebone - Birsay

We've had a fantastic first (full) day on Orkney.
We climbed two hills, Wideford and Cuween where we clambered about in chambered cairns,
Spend some time at the Steness stones (Brodgar was too busy) then headed into Stromness for lunch followed by another walk around the coast.
Soozy felt that we hadn't walked quite enough so we headed up to Birsay for a walk around the headland to the whalebone.
Too many photos to choose from, but in the end I quite liked this one which was the last of the day.
