2023 Sunday — Grateful Gardens

We are thoroughly enjoying Mr. Fun’s poppies. They are now producing dozens of seed pods that contain millions of teeny-tiny seeds. We are harvesting and saving the seeds for future use.

I have asked him to remove these old tired plants and start with new poppy plants. From now till October here on California’s Central Coast possibly we could enjoy another crop of these orange beauties. He’s thinking about my request. I’ll let you know later what he decides.
