Winter wonderland

I have to admit, getting up when it is -3 and in a home devoid of central heating, is not fun.

The fun part started when the first flurry of snow started on my drive to the office which turned out to be the start of a three and a bit hour long snowstorm.

Great excitement for folk that had never witnessed snow before, but that was short lived when the temperature dipped again.

It was great to get home to a roaring fire. Winter in Africa is certainly not for the faint hearted.
