Running in the rain

I’d forgotten how glorious this is, when it’s warm and there’s no wind. The need for a blip pushed me out while the casserole gently bubbled away and I felt very much better after the exercise and a decent meal.

Other than still being able to run after not having done so for over a month todays main achievement was successfully installing the new Vodafone broadband at considerably less cost than BT, and I think it’s faster.

My delightful elderly neighbour came for coffee and we sat on the balcony waiting for the jay to appear which of course it didn’t.

I sorted out my list for the canal walk later in the week which is proving very popular, visited R and that was about it.

It’s now incredibly dark, I think there must a deluge on the way.
