We run. We eat.

We all set off for various runs this morning: Vic for her second day of running 50k, Ali and I for a half marathon around Chatsworth and a couple of shorter routes for others. It was some wonderful running.

Because of Vic’s early start and her brilliant pace, we’d only just got back to the house to shower before it was time to go and cheer her in. 1st lady: what a hero!

We went to a local, brilliant brewery for pizza and beer and a thorough debrief of the day before back to the cottage for a chilled evening of chat and leg resting.
