It’s extreme, prickly, crackling heat today.

The weather warning was for most of Spain but notably  for southeastern Andalucia where it has reached 44C in the Guadalquivir Valley. 

We are cool. No walking, however, just indoor tasks getting things together for our return to gentler climes in the UK later this week.
