Hall i'th' Wood - Bolton

Called to have a look at Hall i'th' Wood Museum in Bolton. It is a rare surviving example of a Tudor wooden framed house that was lived in for approaching three centuries.
It was a wonderful day. The sun was shining, the birds were singing - the only low point was the notice on the gate that declared "Closed on Sundays" :-(
No matter, Polly had a good walk in a wood alongside the property.
Made a note to revisit when open :-)
