From One Grandson to the Other
When he was MUCH younger, grandson Merrick would spend hours in our front picture window, year after year after year. Most of the time it was with cars and trucks, racing them, stacking them, crashing them.
But, little boys grow up and their toys change. Plus, at 12.5 years of age, he doesn't want to be my model any longer.
While he has grown older,
and has changed the way he plays...
as I watch the passage of time...
I miss the good old days.
