Election Season

Again I found myself canvassing for a political candidate. This time, it's Terry McAuliffe, gubernatorial candidate for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Unlike the Obama campaign where we faced freezing temperatures during canvassing, it was 90+ degrees! (Fahrenheit... of course). My route included 85 houses and was quite spread out. Most people either weren't home or just didn't answer the door. Of those who answered (or I caught outside) most refused to talk. I did find a few who admitted to being undecided or supporters of our candidate. The Democratic Primary is tomorrow. I guess we'll see how it all turns out.

I realize this is a rather dull blip. I believe the heat simply saps my creativity :(.
