Norra Kvill National Park
Another national park visit this time Norra Kvill. Fallen trunks, huge boulders and towering trees contribute to making this area a wilderness, albeit of a smaller format. In the middle of the park is a small forest lake, Stora Idegölen, with water lilies.
On our way to Norra Kvill we visited the Rumskulla oak, also known as the Kvill oak, is an oak tree near Norra Kvill National Park. It is the oldest oak in Sweden (about 1000 years old) and one of the largest trees in Scandinavia, and was first described in 1772.
