Maidencombe

Maidencombe beach is a lovely place. I've blipped it before usually early in the morning. I took Lady Marian out there this afternoon and there's a really nice little beach cafe with home made cake, tea, coffee etc.

We treated ourselves to a blackberry Salcombe Ice cream cone and were enjoying watching the activity on the beach when down the steps came two people being dragged by a Great Dane. The woman was busy herding the cafe dog out of the way, saying,"He's not very good with other dogs!" I don't know why you'd want so much dog if you're not very good at managing it!
