The Monet Show, Brisbane

Yay, Kate and I made it to the show all in good time.

We had a fabulous lunch at the Venue, and then proceeded to the show.  It was just wonderful.  Some of my favourite Monet pieces were projected and the projections were on those big panels, as well as the floor, so we felt like we were right there in the paintings.  

To complete the experience, they had beautiful quotes from various painters (some really profound quotes too), and lovely classical music playing.  Little girls were prancing around as ballerinas, it was all just lovely.

And at the end, they had a giant gold frame with a bridge behind for people to take pics and feel like they were in a Monet painting.  Wonderful!
