Never bean a big fan

So says Mr. M, but I have big plans for these pole beans. Going to try my hand at pickling and canning this year. In my spare time. Right.

Everything is in the ground now...except for a few things.

Even power washed the yellow patio chairs that were looking decidedly filthy. Did so in a gentle downpour, I figured I was getting wet anyway from the power sprayer.

Skyped with little sis on the Notebook and showed them the garden. The beans made them laugh hysterically. The beans' feelings were hurt, so today they're already an inch taller just to show that they can and will go up that trellis.
