Better and Brighter

Today has been a better day! 
My sister has managed to organise for someone to install a keysafe outside our Aunty's apartment block next week,  so that when she returns home, carers can let themselves in and out easily.
We visited Aunty F this afternoon and she was much more lucid than she was yesterday, having had a good night's sleep, and then a shower this morning. A friend had visited her too. We brought her a selection of reading matter, ( including a copy of Private Eye) which I think will interest and distract her.
This evening Christine and I walked to our nearest small town for dinner  in a Turkish restaurant as we felt we needed a little treat. We feel quite revived now! 
My blip is of a rose in the garden this morning, after rain last night.
