Paper flowers

(which is also the title of a song it turns out, apparently I haven't left Musical May behind).

Today was spent getting lots of people to come visit Nanterre as there a sort of free festival/fete thing going on. It was called Parade(s) Festival des Arts de la Rue.

There were some rather strange things going on like a woman in a adult sized pram pretending to be a baby. Terrifying. We watched quite a bit of dancing, not sure I really understood the message behind it, especially when they started playing BBC Radio Manchester. It was entertaining though. There were also some people who were hanging off a building and bouncing on the wires which was quite impressive, apparently it's vertical dancing, according to the French anyway.

Had a beer in the sun (when it showed) before heading to Rueil Malmaison for a wander and then to have pizza for tea. Very nice day hanging out with everyone.
