Stepping Out

A trip to the city today to see the Kaffe Fassett exhibition at the Dovecot. A wild and wonderful contrast to the old grey stones of Infirmary Street. Came out with far too many ideas buzzing  ... I do have a few KF fabrics in my stash ...

Came home after coffee and cake in Blackwells. Resisted buying books ( but I'd already bought 'Yarn' (lots more ideas) at the Dovecot ....

The city was busy, and traffic chaotic. I thought the driver of the No 23 bus was going to have a fit when a car turned right into Rose Street, across the front of him, ignoring the barriers round a large hole in the entrance. He made it with millimetres to spare.  Glad to be back home.
