Perthshire view

Up in Aberfeldy for a week and the run up went well, usual stops at M & S Dunblane to stock up with food and then to Blackford to visit Baxters, felt the car was pretty full before the 2 stops but it was even fuller after them

Then up the A9 to the signpost Dunglass and along a lovely country road where this blip was taken, have been wanting to take a photo of the trees for some time as they are a lovely colour with the sun shining on them.......think they will be beech. Heading for Aberfeldy and going through Grandtully and noticed it was their Gala Day so thought may as well stop and check it out. Bought a burger with onions and I enjoyed it, was heading for an ice-cream but the smell of burgers and onions was irresistible

Arrived in Aberfeldy at about 2.30pm and checked out the Trift shop and found two frames to buy and headed up to cottage to see if it was ready and it was, it always feels like a bonus to get in an hour early

Have sat out in patio and enjoyed a cup of tea, later will try and get the TV to work.......always a struggle and then settle down with MOS crossword
