Feeding the Ducks

We had a smashing walk around St Ives Estate in the sunshine this morning with our Czech friends, pausing at the pond to feed the ducks and cygnets and finishing at the Café for lunch.  Back home Rozalie went for a nap and Tomas and I did some catching up then it was time to fill up the water play when Rozalie awoke.

I had a first go at a cherry pie this afternoon as we have lots of cherries this year after a couple of lean years and a blight year.  It was very tasty and went down well with everyone.  

Tomorrow we are celebrating 75 years of the NHS at Parkrun, with cake!  I am Run Director so it needs to be an early night.  Sorry for not commenting but with a two year old and friends in the house it is full on.
