Flower Friday

I know we had Hydrangea yesterday. but thought it deserved a proper close up on flower Friday ;-)

Not the usual aerobic class this morning, our usual instructor was off today, and the instructor we had does a Zumba class. It certainly was aerobic!!! 



After a coffee with the ladies, did my shopping then back home. After a quick lunch  and change, into town to M&S to buy a pair of slacks to go with the top I had bought the other week for a party on the Thames at the end of the moth. Outfit done.
