Jo forgot she hadn't asked me to look after Beau tonight. We were watching 'The Bourne Legacy' but Beau wanted more space!

Other than that a visit today from a lady I know from various meetings and projects. She's been a big support but also has appreciated my contributions and we did discuss different ways I might now have to be a voice for carers.
