Notes: Woke 5a and back to bed. Dozed and dreamt, in and out until I could finally wake up - showed 911a on the clock! Haven't slept that long since ??? Slow start to the morning, coffee and electrolytes and sorting out supplements/vits/minerals for the next week. Had lots of messages from Jo so jumped on the site then and started going thru the fixes and updates. No clue what time it was, looked at my phone: 1111a - wow! Short time at the pool - either blazing hot or clouds (mostly clouds but that was ok). In pool a little and shower there, then read a bit more to drip dry. Nice blooming shrub along our building.
