My view

Got up today with strong dizziness and lack of balance. Took a sodium pill but still persists. Pascale came and changed sheets and cleaned floors (which included my bad effort after Gyp puked)

Have sat in chair in kitchen ever since and feel very insecure. Can't go out like this.
Very hot and sunny so will stay here until things improve. At least I'm early with Blip for once. This is view from my armchair in kitchen.
