Dog Walking and Tortoise Hunting

Spent a lovely morning with my sister Rachel, walking her dog Bertie and her friends' Jack Russells, Lulu and Bode. We walked along the beach between Millbrook and La Haule, where there was still sand as the tide was coming up. It was really lovely in the sun and then we stopped off to take photos of three different tortoises.

This one is Shell's Angels and it is a really fun one. It was was "inspired purely by a good pun and ironically depicts the famously slow tortoise as a speed-craving old biker complete with the classic leather jacket, boots, bandana, and tattoos."
