An extraordinary privilege to attend the National Service of Thanksgiving and Dedication at St. Giles’ Cathedral in Edinburgh to present the Honours of Scotland to the King. Incredible spectacle, the most beautiful uplifting music, powerful words of service and a celebration of Scotland’s culture and diversity.

And heartfelt thanks to all those across so many public services who made it all happen - so much work behind the scenes over many weeks and on the day with such dedication and commitment.

It was quite the view as we emerged out of St Giles after the King…and nice to see a touch of the Auld Alliance with the French Institute behind!
