The birthday cake chef

My day was made very special with a lovely brunch and then a walk around Salamanca and into the city. It's always interesting to start to see what gives a place it's own 'look'.
We had cake of course...the same recipe as the cake given to R as dry ingredients to make for today. We had an online catch up...that's how we do it at the moment.
