Woke to Snow in the Mountain Top

There was probably more snow before the sun got up. It didn't last long as we had a lovely sunny and mild winters day. I managed to get some roses pruned and some weeding down. Filled up the bins ready to put out tomorrow.

You can see where the very big house is going up nearby. It only blocked some of the hillside.

The bottom right shot is of a Kereru [NZ Wood Pigeon] enjoying the sunshine. It was eating the leaves and sat there for a hour or so.
