Pedal Power

Out for a ride with the family this morning. The car is in the garage again, suspension/ steering problems! All we seem to do is spend money on our vehicles. When we lived in Bristol I cycled everywhere come rain or shine. I'm hoping to get back on the saddle this week, I feel I need a bit of a fitness boost. I wake up in the morning feeling like I have been mown down......I'm not old enough to feel that way all the time, physical job or not.
I haven't blipped for the last couple of days, in fairness I haven't felt like it or had anything worth blipping so taking Gekkobellies advice not to force it and just have the day off!!
