Waiting.  I was hoofing it back hoping I'd get home in time when the gates came down...  Then as if the tech from the mold testing company had read my mind,  he sent a text that he was running 20 mins late.  Yes, just enough time for some lunch before he arrived.

Extra - Always interested by the specialized kit various contractors bring with them.  He gathered 3 samples, results on Friday evening.  If it's good then next week there's a chance I'll have the beginnings of an intact ceiling for the first time since Christmas/New Year.
