Persuasion

Somehow I was persuaded to do a cycle ride along a dried up river bed in Valencia to see all the bridges that had once crossed the river. I used to do quite a lot of cycling but I don't think I've been on a bike for at least 10 years - to say I was anxious, stressed, scared is an understatement!!! But I managed the 4 or 5 miles involved without falling off or crashing.

We fly home tomorrow evening. It has been a great week and we are (sort of) looking forward to not being quite so hot!!!
