Happy birthday Katy

It was fine drying weather so I went a bit mad with more washing. I also decided that the blanket I made for the chair in the kitchen was a little snug so in spite of having several other projects on the go I started to add an extra border to the blanket.

We took Phin for a run about at Springfield Mill at lunchtime before coming home to do a bit of tidying up.

Our daughter arrived shortly after 5 to drop the car back and to receive her birthday presents. We left Phin snoozing whilst we headed into town to meet her boyfriend and enjoy dinner together at the nice Vietnamese restaurant in the St James quarter.

Headed back to her flat after dinner to have some cake before getting home just before 10.30
