Lunch

A rather nice lunch from M&S.

Today was a hospital physiotherapy day. Unfortunately, Mr H is off to South America on Sunday, so I have one week of Ms B and then I'm on 10 weekly sessions of group activities. I'm getting so fit I needed a sit-down.

I had a nice chat with a fit-looking guy in the gym.  He said he had just finished his course of treatment. I took this to be good news and wittered on for a bit. Then he said he was having his stomach removed in two weeks...
