I wonder which to try next . . .

. . . might as well try them all - and she did.

Alice loves cheese so taking her to the Wensleydale Creamery in Hawes was perfect. So many kinds to taste.

We had a day out in the Yorkshire Dales so Alice could see lots of green expanses, not a lot of those where she lives. She wandered with her grandad and took photos to send to her friends. (See Extra) We stopped at Pendragon Castle and at many viewpoints, had scones at the Creamery (cheese of course), we wandered at Ribblehead Viaduct (see Extra), had fish and chips in Setttle, had a quick visit to the Courtyard Dairy for more cheese tasting and had ice cream in Orton on the way home. Everything is very quiet here now - I suspect sleep and cricket! I hope everyone will want cheese later . . .

Oh and we actually found a geo cache in Settle (well we all looked but Gordon found it).
