..and much needed on this cool and very brisk morning at the markets.

One of the stalls is coffee heaven to the coffee nuts. A small company that sources and selects its own 'fair trade' green beans, roasts, blends and grinds said beans and , clever clogs that they are, have a web site and will post fresh beans anywhere in Aus.
There is always a queue, willingly waiting for the cup of the good stuff.

To the uneducated coffee folk like me, a cortado is an espresso with a mere drip of warm milk and a ristretto is a 'short' shot of espresso.
Definitely a heart starter!

And right next door are Bratwurst hot dogs, with onions and sauerkraut, just in case the coffee wasn't enough to fuel the market wander.
