I finally met my blipfoto friends Rower and Paladian this morning. We had a lovely long chat over a coffee. I received some expert advice on fitness from these two indoor rowing champs, so now I'm going to purchase a top of the range indoor rowing machine and enjoy hours of pain and distress trying to do something about my deplorable lack of fitness. We also had a great chat about photography of course. Blipfoto is wonderful!
