It is all about the Green Beach Grass

I focused my composition of this photo on the dunes, not the ocean, for the Green challenge for Wide Wednesday. Thanks, StevenG for hosting the challenge this week. It was a lovely quiet day at Rockaway Beach; the crowds have left, and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear any leftover fireworks tonight. My son and his wife took Ellie to the beach this afternoon and then left tonight but Ellie stayed with me; we had a nice evening alone together. Ellie is very good at our own version of Kids Pictionary; she is an exceptional guesser of what I am drawing!
