W-I-D-E on Wednesday: Green

The overnight flight from Toronto to Edinburgh bringing Son#1, our Daughter-in-Law and baby Grandson was a couple of hours late (it landed at 8.30 not 6.30) , so we didn't have to wake up in our Edinburgh hotel as early as we'd expected - that was a bonus! On our drive back to Newcastle we stopped off just outside Edinburgh, at Musselburgh, for a tasty breakfast in a local coffee bar; we got home in time for a late lunch. It's been quite busy here since then so this is a late upload of today's blip.

I grabbed a quick phone shot of this mural near the coffee shop - it has plenty of green on it to satisfy the Widwed challenge, hosted by Steveng.

Well done to those who correctly identified my "what is it" TT blip yesterday: it's part of a U-bolt holding the roofbox onto the crossbars on the roof of the car. By chance you can see it in position on this blip here from 9 years ago - same roofbox and shackles but different car and crossbars.
