My oldest book

Well the book I’ve owned the longest. It’s been on my shelf over a decade so I decided today it might be a good idea to start reading it. I’ll let you know how I get on.

Not the best of days today. Strike day so the teenager was off school and undid all my hard work tidying up. She wasn’t happy when I confiscated her extra hand (aka phone!) to make her tidy it.

Didn’t sleep well last night because I was woken by noisy neighbours over the road. Hopefully tonight they won’t be so loud. Not helped by a newborn next door (although I don’t mind that noise. It’s expected!)

Meal out this evening with all my invigilators. Was lovely but I’m so glad it wasn’t a late one! It drained me!
