Red Arrows

The King was presented with the Honours of Scotland (the Scottish crown jewels) at a ceremony in St Giles Cathedral today. He didn’t get to keep them though - they quickly got whipped away and put back in Edinburgh Castle.

I went up Calton Hill from the office at the end of the proceedings to catch the fly-past by the Red Arrows, over the castle and the Royal Mile. I’ve included some extras as they flew past and then a quick look back to show that they were gone in a puff of smoke.
