Out for lunch

I met a friend for lunch today in The Snap Tin cafe. We love the decor in here. I did have to explain why I was taking a photo in there. She’d forgotten about Blipfoto. I went in the library afterwards for a book of short stories for Squat Betty’s book club. The librarian was startlingly unhelpful especially as they’re fighting to keep the library open. Was the question “Are short stories in a different place or in amongst the fiction?” too hard for him?  Yes or no would have sufficed. He was also scathing about book clubs. After wandering around the shelves I found one of stories collected by Victoria Hislop as it was sticking out of the shelves.
