A good day. B cancelled our planned dog walk, so had some unexpected bonus time to read a few essays. Rather enjoyed them, although I didn't understand the technical bits. I am coming to realise that economics and biology are not so unrelated as one might think.

Managed to get a reasonable amount of work done and some (very) modest exercise over lunch. Needed a bit of a lie down to recover. Probably need to toughen up and stop being such a soft sod.

Won the pub quiz this evening. We don't seem to be winning many friends.
