Mr J strikes again

He strikes all the right notes and sings-up a storm.

We had the friend of a new group member come along today. She looked rather frail and needed the aid of an oxygen bottle, even when sitting still. After about half an hour, she got up and had a short dance - which drew a round of applause. She looked like she was enjoying herself.
