Meadowsweet

Earlier I did a backblip for yesterday, probably a Common spotted orchid growing in my lawn, now I have today's offering.
Keepfit this morning and some exercises devised to use arm weights rather than hand ones.
Then a couple of jobs at church and a chat with friends before going to do a bit of shopping I couldn't get yesterday - and still couldn't but hope the alternative works.
It rained most of the morning and there had been a forecast of possible thunderstorms so the volunteer afternoon was called off, though by the time it was due to happen it was brightening up.
I got more sewing done and then we went for a walk by the ponds on a fairly sunny late afternoon. The cygnets have grown a lot but were in semi-hiding though there were plenty of flowers including marsh orchids and meadowsweet. I also saw a kingfisher flash past.
I've blipped the orchids before so it's the meadowsweet today.
