Cycling!

I went to meet my friend for lunch at Oswaldtwistle Mill near Accrington today after calling at my brothers house.
She was the Mayors Attendant for Hynburn and I was the Mayors Attendant for Pendle. We started the same month in 1992 and we were the first women in Lancashire to be in the job. I retired 13 years ago when you could retire at 60 but she changed jobs during covid to work on reception at Accrington and still has a couple of years to work yet. Its just not fair
We had a nice lunch and a good look around.
